Saṅgāmāvacare bhikkhunā saṅghe voharantena vatthu jānitabbaṃ, vipatti jānitabbā, āpatti jānitabbā, nidānaṃ jānitabbaṃ, ākāro jānitabbo, pubbāparaṃ jānitabbaṃ, katākataṃ jānitabbaṃ, kammaṃ jānitabbaṃ, adhikaraṇaṃ jānitabbaṃ, samatho jānitabbo, na chandāgati gantabbā, na dosāgati gantabbā, na mohāgati gantabbā, na bhayāgati gantabbā, saññāpanīye ṭhāne saññāpetabbaṃ, nijjhāpanīye ṭhāne nijjhāpetabbaṃ, pekkhanīye ṭhāne pekkhitabbaṃ, pasādanīye ṭhāne pasādetabbaṃ, laddhapakkhomhīti parapakkho nāvajānitabbo, bahussutomhīti appassuto nāvajānitabbo, therataromhīti navakataro nāvajānitabbo, asampattaṃ na byāhātabbaṃ, sampattaṃ dhammato vinayato na parihāpetabbaṃ, yena dhammena yena vinayena yena satthusāsanena taṃ adhikaraṇaṃ vūpasammati, tathā taṃ adhikaraṇaṃ vūpasametabbaṃ.

369. Vatthu jānitabbanti aṭṭhapārājikānaṃ [aṭṭhannaṃ pārājikānaṃ (sī. ka.)] vatthu jānitabbaṃ, tevīsasaṅghādisesānaṃ vatthu jānitabbaṃ, dveaniyatānaṃ vatthu jānitabbaṃ, dvecattārīsanissaggiyānaṃ vatthu jānitabbaṃ, aṭṭhāsītisatapācittiyānaṃ vatthu jānitabbaṃ, dvādasapāṭidesanīyānaṃ vatthu jānitabbaṃ, dukkaṭānaṃ vatthu jānitabbaṃ, dubbhāsitānaṃ vatthu jānitabbaṃ.

370.Vipatti jānitabbāti sīlavipatti jānitabbā, ācāravipatti jānitabbā, diṭṭhivipatti jānitabbā, ājīvavipatti jānitabbā.

371.Āpatti jānitabbāti pārājikāpatti jānitabbā, saṅghādisesāpatti jānitabbā, thullaccayāpatti jānitabbā, pācittiyāpatti jānitabbā, pāṭidesanīyāpatti jānitabbā, dukkaṭāpatti jānitabbā, dubbhāsitāpatti jānitabbā.

372.Nidānaṃjānitabbanti aṭṭhapārājikānaṃ nidānaṃ jānitabbaṃ, tevīsasaṅghādisesānaṃ nidānaṃ jānitabbaṃ, dveaniyatānaṃ nidānaṃ jānitabbaṃ, dvecattārīsanissaggiyānaṃ nidānaṃ jānitabbaṃ, aṭṭhāsītisatapācittiyānaṃ nidānaṃ jānitabbaṃ, dvādasapāṭidesanīyānaṃ nidānaṃ jānitabbaṃ, dukkaṭānaṃ nidānaṃ jānitabbaṃ, dubbhāsitānaṃ nidānaṃ jānitabbaṃ.

373.Ākāro jānitabboti saṅgho ākārato jānitabbo, gaṇo ākārato jānitabbo, puggalo ākārato jānitabbo, codako ākārato jānitabbo, cuditako ākārato jānitabbo . Saṅgho ākārato jānitabboti paṭibalo nu kho ayaṃ saṅgho imaṃ adhikaraṇaṃ vūpasametuṃ dhammena vinayena satthusāsanena udāhu noti, evaṃ saṅgho ākārato jānitabbo. Gaṇo ākārato jānitabboti paṭibalo nu kho ayaṃ gaṇo imaṃ adhikaraṇaṃ vūpasametuṃ dhammena vinayena satthusāsanena udāhu noti, evaṃ gaṇo ākārato jānitabbo . Puggalo ākārato jānitabboti paṭibalo nu kho ayaṃ puggalo imaṃ adhikaraṇaṃ vūpasametuṃ dhammena vinayena satthusāsanena udāhu noti, evaṃ puggalo ākārato jānitabbo. Codako ākārato jānitabboti kacci nu kho ayamāyasmā pañcasu dhammesu patiṭṭhāya paraṃ codeti udāhu noti, evaṃ codako ākārato jānitabbo. Cuditako ākārato jānitabboti kacci nu kho ayamāyasmā dvīsu dhammesu patiṭṭhito sacce ca akuppe ca udāhu noti, evaṃ cuditako ākārato jānitabbo.

374.Pubbāparaṃ jānitabbanti kacci nu kho ayamāyasmā vatthuto vā vatthuṃ saṅkamati, vipattito vā vipattiṃ saṅkamati, āpattito vā āpattiṃ saṅkamati, avajānitvā vā paṭijānāti, paṭijānitvā vā avajānāti, aññena vā aññaṃ paṭicarati, udāhu noti, evaṃ pubbāparaṃ jānitabbaṃ.

375.Katākataṃ jānitabbanti methunadhammo jānitabbo, methunadhammassa anulomaṃ jānitabbaṃ, methunadhammassa pubbabhāgo jānitabbo. Methunadhammo jānitabboti dvayaṃdvayasamāpatti jānitabbā. Methunadhammassa anulomaṃjānitabbanti bhikkhu attano mukhena parassa aṅgajātaṃ gaṇhāti . Methunadhammassa pubbabhāgo jānitabboti vaṇṇāvaṇṇo [vaṇṇo avaṇṇo (syā.)], kāyasaṃsaggo, duṭṭhullavācā, attakāmapāricariyā, vacanamanuppadānaṃ [dhanamanuppadānaṃ (ka.)].

376.Kammaṃ jānitabbanti soḷasakammāni jānitabbāni – cattāri apalokanakammāni jānitabbāni, cattāri ñattikammāni jānitabbāni, cattāri ñattidutiyakammāni jānitabbāni, cattāri ñatticatutthakammāni jānitabbāni.

应了解情况:应从情况了解僧团,应从情况了解众人,应从情况了解个人,应从情况了解控告者,应从情况了解被控告者。应从情况了解僧团:这个僧团是否有能力依法、依律、依师教平息此诤事?应如是从情况了解僧团。应从情况了解众人:这群人是否有能力依法、依律、依师教平息此诤事?应如是从情况了解众人。应从情况了解个人:这个人是否有能力依法、依律、依师教平息此诤事?应如是从情况了解个人。应从情况了解控告者:这位尊者是否立足于五法而控告他人?应如是从情况了解控告者。应从情况了解被控告者:这位尊者是否立足于两法,即诚实和不动摇?应如是从情况了解被控告者。
应了解前后:这位尊者是否从一事由转到另一事由,从一违犯转到另一违犯,从一罪过转到另一罪过,是否先否认后承认,先承认后否认,是否以别的事掩饰?应如是了解前后。
应了解已作未作:应了解淫欲法,应了解淫欲法的类似行为,应了解淫欲法的预备行为。应了解淫欲法:应了解两根交合。应了解淫欲法的类似行为:比丘用自己的口含他人的生殖器。应了解淫欲法的预备行为:赞美或诽谤,身体接触,说淫秽语,为自己服务,给予言语。
应了解羯磨:应了解十六种羯磨 - 应了解四种白羯磨,应了解四种单白羯磨,应了解四种白二羯磨,应了解四种白四羯磨。

377.Adhikaraṇaṃ jānitabbanti cattāri adhikaraṇāni jānitabbāni – vivādādhikaraṇaṃ jānitabbaṃ, anuvādādhikaraṇaṃ jānitabbaṃ, āpattādhikaraṇaṃ jānitabbaṃ, kiccādhikaraṇaṃ jānitabbaṃ.

378.Samatho jānitabboti satta samathā jānitabbā – sammukhāvinayo jānitabbo, sativinayo jānitabbo, amūḷhavinayo jānitabbo, paṭiññātakaraṇaṃ jānitabbaṃ, yebhuyyasikā jānitabbā, tassapāpiyasikā jānitabbā, tiṇavatthārako jānitabbo.

379.Na chandāgati gantabbāti chandāgatiṃ gacchanto kathaṃ chandāgatiṃ gacchati? 380.Na dosāgati gantabbāti dosāgatiṃ gacchanto kathaṃ dosāgatiṃ gacchati? Idhekacco anatthaṃ me acarīti āghātaṃ bandhati, anatthaṃ me caratīti āghātaṃ bandhati, anatthaṃ me carissatīti āghātaṃ bandhati, piyassa me manāpassa anatthaṃ acari… anatthaṃ carati… anatthaṃ carissatīti āghātaṃ bandhati, appiyassa me amanāpassa atthaṃ acari… atthaṃ carati… atthaṃ carissatīti āghātaṃ bandhati. Imehi navahi āghātavatthūhi āghāto paṭighāto kuddho kodhābhibhūto adhammaṃ dhammoti dīpeti, dhammaṃ adhammoti dīpeti…pe… duṭṭhullaṃ āpattiṃ aduṭṭhullā āpattīti dīpeti, aduṭṭhullaṃ āpattiṃ duṭṭhullā āpattīti dīpeti. 不应随欲而行:随欲而行者如何随欲而行?这里,某人认为:"这是我的和尚,或阿阇梨,或同住弟子,或依止弟子,或同和尚,或同阿阇梨,或朋友,或亲密者,或亲属",出于对他的同情,为了保护他,将非法说成法,将法说成非法,将非律说成律,将律说成非律,将如来未说未讲的说成如来已说已讲,将如来已说已讲的说成如来未说未讲,将如来未行的说成如来已行,将如来已行的说成如来未行,将如来未制定的说成如来已制定,将如来已制定的说成如来未制定,将无罪说成有罪,将有罪说成无罪,将轻罪说成重罪,将重罪说成轻罪,将有余罪说成无余罪,将无余罪说成有余罪,将粗重罪说成非粗重罪,将非粗重罪说成粗重罪。以这十八事随欲而行者,是为多数人的不利而行,为多数人的不乐而行,为许多人的无益、不利、痛苦而行,为天人的不利、痛苦而行。以这十八事随欲而行者,使自己受损害、毁坏,为智者所呵责,并造作许多不善业。随欲而行者如是随欲而行。
不应随瞋而行:随瞋而行者如何随瞋而行?这里,某人因"他已对我不利"而怀恨,因"他正对我不利"而怀恨,因"他将对我不利"而怀恨,因"他已对我所爱所喜之人不利"、"他正对我所爱所喜之人不利"、"他将对我所爱所喜之人不利"而怀恨,因"他已对我所不爱不喜之人有利"、"他正对我所不爱不喜之人有利"、"他将对我所不爱不喜之人有利"而怀恨。以这九种怀恨事而怀恨、嗔恚、发怒、被忿怒所制,将非法说成法,将法说成非法...将粗重罪说成非粗重罪,将非粗重罪说成粗重罪。以这十八事随瞋而行者,是为多数人的不利而行,为多数人的不乐而行,为许多人的无益、不利、痛苦而行,为天人的不利、痛苦而行。以这十八事随瞋而行者,使自己受损害、毁坏,为智者所呵责,并造作许多不善业。随瞋而行者如是随瞋而行。

Chandā dosā bhayā mohā, yo dhammaṃ ativattati;

Nihīyati tassa yaso, kāḷapakkheva candimāti.

383.Kathaṃna chandāgatiṃ gacchati? 384.Kathaṃ na dosāgatiṃ gacchati? Adhammaṃ adhammoti dīpento na dosāgatiṃ gacchati, dhammaṃ dhammoti dīpento na dosāgatiṃ gacchati…pe… duṭṭhullaṃ āpattiṃ duṭṭhullā āpattīti dīpento na dosāgatiṃ gacchati, aduṭṭhullaṃ āpattiṃ aduṭṭhullā āpattīti dīpento na dosāgatiṃ gacchati. Evaṃ na dosāgatiṃ gacchati.

385.Kathaṃ na mohāgatiṃ gacchati? Adhammaṃ adhammoti dīpento na mohāgatiṃ gacchati, dhammaṃ dhammoti dīpento na mohāgatiṃ gacchati…pe… duṭṭhullaṃ āpattiṃ duṭṭhullā āpattīti dīpento na mohāgatiṃ gacchati, aduṭṭhullaṃ āpattiṃ aduṭṭhullā āpattīti dīpento na mohāgatiṃ gacchati. 不应随畏而行:随畏而行者如何随畏而行?这里,某人认为:"这人依靠不平等,或依靠隐蔽,或依靠强者,他粗暴凶恶,会危及生命或危及梵行",由于对他的恐惧而害怕,将非法说成法,将法说成非法,将非律说成律,将律说成非律,将如来未说未讲的说成如来已说已讲,将如来已说已讲的说成如来未说未讲,将如来未行的说成如来已行,将如来已行的说成如来未行,将如来未制定的说成如来已制定,将如来已制定的说成如来未制定,将无罪说成有罪,将有罪说成无罪,将轻罪说成重罪,将重罪说成轻罪,将有余罪说成无余罪,将无余罪说成有余罪,将粗重罪说成非粗重罪,将非粗重罪说成粗重罪。以这十八事随畏而行者,是为多数人的不利而行,为多数人的不乐而行,为许多人的无益、不利、痛苦而行,为天人的不利、痛苦而行。以这十八事随畏而行者,使自己受损害、毁坏,为智者所呵责,并造作许多不善业。随畏而行者如是随畏而行。
由欲、瞋、畏、痴,而违背正法者;
其名誉衰退,如月之黑分。
不随恶行

402.Kattha te diṭṭhanti ṭhānapucchā, bhūmipucchā, okāsapucchā, padesapucchā. Ṭhānapucchāti bhūmiyā vā pathaviyā vā dharaṇiyā vā jagatiyā vā. Bhūmipucchāti bhūmiyā vā pathaviyā vā pabbate vā pāsāṇe vā pāsāde vā. Okāsapucchāti puratthime vā okāse pacchime vā okāse uttare vā okāse dakkhiṇe vā okāse. Padesapucchāti puratthime vā padese pacchime vā padese uttare vā padese dakkhiṇe vā padeseti.

Mahāsaṅgāmo niṭṭhito.

Tassuddānaṃ –

Vatthu nidānaṃ ākāro, pubbāparaṃ katākataṃ;

Kammādhikaraṇañceva, samatho chandagāmi ca.

Dosā mohā bhayā ceva, saññā nijjhāpanena ca;

Pekkhā pasāde pakkhomhi, sutatheratarena ca.

Asampattañca sampattaṃ, dhammena vinayena ca;

Satthussa sāsanenāpi, mahāsaṅgāmañāpanāti.
